Origin Of Era is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.

As of right now unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S.A
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
Please alert us within 48 hours of recieval of merchandise . Please mail back your item(s) with a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help. Our return policy excludes vintage, altered merchandise, beauty, accessories, & sale items which are FINAL SALE. We offer NO price adjustments if an item has been put on sale after purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns upon inspection due to wear, smoke, or staining.PLEASE NOTE: Store Credit expires 6 months from date of issue.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 5 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.
No returns or exchanges on Sale items. All sale or discounted items are final sale.
All shipping,handling, 10% convenience fee, and incurred fees are nonrefundable. If you are unsure about a size please call us instead of ordering multiples. We have very limited quantities so we will not honor sales of identical items in multiple sizes.
Origin Of Era can deny a credit/refund if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. PLEASE NOTE; DUE TO CURRENT HEALTH REGULATIONS ALL HAT/HAIR ARE NON RETURNABLE.
